Edwardian Homes boast character
THOMAS Homes' multi-million-pound redevelopment of the derelict Edwardian buildings of the former Park Prewitt Hospital is bringing some character to Basingstoke's residential lettings market.
High ceilings and sash windows are some of the features of the new homes, which are being created from the complex of old buildings close to Basingstoke hospital.
Redwoods has brought one of the conversions to the market with a monthly rent of £1,200.
