A fun, warm video, which needed to capture the essence of a social campaign. Through a simple idea came a delightful, witty video, brought together through titling, music and a behind the scenes style technique.

ABP Heart Teaser

A teaser video was created to build anticipation for the launch of a big budget film. Through carefully selected stock footage, colour treatments, strong titling and sound effects, a hard-hitting video was produced.

Best Restoration Awards Entry Video

An emotive video captures the story of an iconic building, being restored to start a new chapter. Through carefully selected questions and music, a moving video was produced telling a story of pride and passion. 

Coast

Through slow motion techniques, drone video, time-lapse photography and carefully selected locations, a charming story is told promoting coastal living in Bournemouth. 

Chestnut Showhome Selfie

A concept created with a tight budget in mind. Using the presenter as the recent buyer of the property added a different spin on what could have been a standard showhome video.

Avant Showhome Specification

A new technique was needed to show the bespoke detailing available in an Avant home, in addition to the standard specification. Rather than relying on simple text overlays, we show a different way of thinking.

Linden Homes Southern – Froyle Park

For these £1 million+ houses in the countryside, we chose an angle close to the heart of our City target audience - escaping. Filmed using 'green screen' to achieve a romantic double exposure effect, we created this slice of escapism.

Bloor Sky AdSmart commercial

As an exercise in pushing the limits of a 30 second time slot with a tight budget, we combined bespoke drone footage with a stylish script to deliver a commercial tailor-made for the Sky AdSmart medium.

English Apples 'baby'

Building on our 'stick with english' campaign, this adorable film grew from the popular 'grumpy baby' image from our press campaign. A big hit with the target 'Mums' audience, the film stars the children of Aylesworth Fleming staff members.

Bloor Homes at Westgate

A short location shoot and some drone footage added another dimension to what could have been just another 'showhome video'. The film nicely captures the Bloor 'tone of voice' in the choice of music as well as the captions.

Fairview Build Quality

Like Fairview Homes themselves, this film is a good example of a sound, professional job - nothing fancy, no tricks, just a proper job, well done. It's all real footage - no CGIs or effects. Fairview come across as competent, caring and honest - just like Aylesworth Fleming, in fact.

On The Move with Lee and Marie

Inspired by popular TV shows like Location, Location, Location we chose two attractive presenters with a bit of 'chemistry' between them, and added some stunning local area footage to make an entertaining film that stands out from the crowd.

English Apples - The Sticker Harvest

This spoof documentary starts out looking like the story of apples, but we discover that it’s the stickers that are growing on the trees and being harvested! We added a bit of comedy, adjusted the exposures, the filters and sound quality, and it looks like a 1970s ‘Look at Life’.

We needed a range of techniques to capture the grandeur of this 7,400 sq ft home. These include a 3D CGI build, live video footage, motion tracked text and parallax effect photography.

A ‘whiteboard’ technique, associated with education, combined with friendly animation and a warm voiceover, allows us to convey a lot of complex information simply and quickly, no matter how much prior knowledge the audience may have.

Motion-tracked text tells a visual story of the lifestyle in store at Balham Walk. Using this technique adds a new dimension to the video. 

National brands, delivered locally

Our unique brand positioning is breathtakingly simple - but complex in the detail. This animation is a neat way to dramatise the story of our national and global reach, without an enormous travel and production budget!

Staples Animation

To back up and maximise the impact of Staples' 48-sheet poster campaign running in Cambridge, this simple 'animated billboard' idea uses the medium as the message. It's appropriate, timely - and very cost-effective.

Avant Express Move

A perfect demonstration of how a simple idea, well executed, can stand out from the background noise and achieve real impact.  Avant Homes wanted real urgency, on a strict budget - so that's what we gave them - in spades.

Panasonic Business - Hedgehog

The latest in our wildly successful pan-European campaign for Panasonic’s ‘Toughbook’ range of handheld devices. The hedgehog’s doomed relationship with a balloon shows how using inferior devices can end in failure. This charming tale will be running  in four European languages.

‘What House?’ Awards - Presentation ceremony

Our challenge was to inject some glamour and energy into the Introductory film and graphics for this prestigious Awards evening at the Grosvenor House Hotel - the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry.
